Travel Clinics & Information
For travel vaccinations and advice, pleasure ensure you book an appointment with the Surgery at least six weeks prior to travel. A risk assessment form must be completed before you attend your appointment which can be found here.
The following NHS vaccines are available on request: Heptatitis A, Cholera, Typhoid, Tetanus. For further travel advice and vaccinations please attend a local Pharmacy or travel centre (e.g. MASTA).
