We may be able to help you!
What we will do and how:
We are offering a pilot scheme to 50 patients who are
Pre-diabetic, have Type II diabetes or suffer from Hypertension.
- We will plan a home resistance program to increase your metabolic rate and improve your musculoskeletal health.
- We will run a walking group to increase your metabolic rate and overall fitness.
Our aim is to:
- Improve your health by reducing your blood pressure
- Improve your blood sugars
- Reduce your need for regular medication
