Monday	7:00am to 8:00pm Reception opens at 8:00am. We are open from 7:00am for pre-booked appointments. Please note that the telephone System closes at 18:30.
Tuesday	7:00am to 6:30pm Reception opens at 8:00am. We are open from 7:00am for pre-booked appointments.
Wednesday	7:00am to 6:30pm Reception opens at 8:00am. We are open from 7:00am for pre-booked appointments.
Thursday	7:00am to 8:00pm Reception opens at 8:00am. We are open from 7:00am for pre-booked appointments. Please note that the telephone system closes at 18:30.
Friday	7:00am to 6:30pm Reception opens at 8:00am. We are open from 7:00am for pre-booked appointments.
Saturday	9:00am to 5:00pm ALTERNATE SATURDAYS, STRICTLY FOR ATTENDING PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENTS ONLY. QUERIES & APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS CANNOT BE TAKEN ON THIS DAY.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need to see the doctor outside of normal surgery hours, please telephone 111 (this is a free call to the out of hours provider).

For emergencies only, use 999 or visit your local Accident & Emergency Department.

Physical accessibility

There is suitable access for the disabled in both premises.

Disabled parking spaces are available adjacent to the surgery in the Webster’s Way public car park.

Complaints Procedure

We operate a Practice complaints procedure as part of a NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our complaints system meets national criteria. If you do have a complaint, please collect a complaints form from our reception which will explain the procedure and we ask that you are as specific as possible about your complaint.
