Advanced Nurse Practitioner
ANPs can take a comprehensive history, undertake physical examinations to formulate a diagnosis and to treat medical complaints and prescribe.
Adults or children aged 16 and above suffering from an acute new medical complaint including:
- Infections – chest, skin, ears, urine, nose, throat
- New Indigestion
- New Leg swelling
- Suspected DVTs
- Minor injuries
- Diarrhoea and Vomiting
- Constipation (not chronic)
- Vertigo
- Minor rashes
