Advanced Nurse Practitioner

ANPs can take a comprehensive history, undertake physical examinations to formulate a diagnosis and to treat medical complaints and prescribe.

Adults or children aged 16 and above suffering from an acute new medical complaint including:

  • Infections – chest, skin, ears, urine, nose, throat
  • New Indigestion
  • New Leg swelling
  • Suspected DVTs
  • Minor injuries
  • Diarrhoea and Vomiting
  • Constipation (not chronic)
  • Vertigo
  • Minor rashes
