Home Visits
Home visit requests should be received by telephoning the surgery on: 01268 209309.
Please could we remind patients that home visit requests are strictly for housebound patients, and need to be made before 11am and that we will not accept requests after that time – they will have to be requested again before 11am on the next working day.
