If you have received an SMS text message or email from ‘Patient Knows Best’ this is a new initiative which aims to empower patients by giving them access to their health records across various healthcare providers. The ethos of the platform, as described by the supplier, is to enable “patient access and ownership of health records” as a way to unlock “the potential to greater, and more improved health outcomes and experiences.”
