The clinicians use Heidi AI which is an advanced artificial intelligence medical scribe and administrative assistant software developed by Heidi Health to help clinicians document patient consultations. It listens to doctor-patient conversations in real time, transcribes the dialogue, and automatically generates structured clinical input.
If you do not consent to the clinician using this software to transcribe your consultation, please make the clinician aware at the beginning of your consultation.
Heidi is NHSE approved.
Data Security: Designed to comply with stringent international data regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, and NHS-specific frameworks (like DTAC and DSPT in the UK).
